Method 2: Pay Invoice from Client Portal (Existing Customers)
- Log in to your Hostiko Client Portal
- Go to Invoices in the sidebar
- Click on the unpaid invoice
- Click the "Pay via M-Pesa" button
- An M-Pesa STK Push is sent to your registered phone number
- Enter your PIN — done!
Method 3: Manual M-Pesa Payment (If STK Push Fails)
If the automatic STK Push doesn't work, you can pay manually:
- Open M-Pesa on your Safaricom phone
- Go to Lipa na M-Pesa → Buy Goods and Services

- Enter the exact invoice amount in KSh
- Confirm payment with your PIN
