Website Speed Test (from Kenya)
Measure TTFB, total load and download speed from our Kenyan-routed infrastructure.
What these numbers mean
TTFB (Time-to-First-Byte): how long the server took to start sending data. Anything under 200ms is excellent; over 1 second indicates a slow host or unoptimised backend.
Connect time: TCP handshake duration. High = network latency or unresponsive server.
TLS handshake: SSL/TLS negotiation overhead. Usually 100-300ms.
Total time: end-to-end download time including TLS, redirects and content transfer.
Download size: bytes received. Marketing pages should ideally be < 2 MB; over 5 MB hurts mobile experience.
This test measures server-side performance from a Nairobi-routed server. For client-side rendering metrics (LCP, FID, CLS), use PageSpeed Insights.
