By using Hostiko services (hostiko.co.ke), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Hostiko provides web hosting, domain registration, VPS hosting, and reseller hosting services to customers in Kenya and internationally. Services are billed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and payments are accepted via M-Pesa and other approved methods.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information including a valid Kenyan phone number for M-Pesa payment verification.
You may not use Hostiko services to host illegal content under Kenyan law (as governed by the Kenya Information and Communications Act), send spam, conduct phishing, distribute malware, or infringe on intellectual property rights.
Services are prepaid. Payments are accepted via M-Pesa (Till No. 9837107) or KopoKopo. Invoices are due on or before the renewal date. Services not renewed within 7 days of expiry may be suspended. Hostiko is not liable for data loss due to non-payment suspension.
Hostiko guarantees 99.9% monthly uptime for shared hosting services, excluding scheduled maintenance. Downtime credits may be requested by contacting support within 30 days of the incident.
New hosting accounts are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding domain registration fees). Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your M-Pesa number on file.
Domain registrations are final and non-refundable once processed. .co.ke and .ke domains are registered through KENIC-accredited registrars and are governed by KENIC policies.
Hostiko reserves the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these terms without refund. You may cancel your service at any time from the client portal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
