Any first-time customer who signs up quoting your referral code — or who you introduce to us directly — and pays for any hosting plan. Referring yourself does not qualify. If in doubt, tell us before they order and we'll make sure it is credited to you.

Yes. As long as your referred customer keeps paying for hosting, you keep earning 20% on each renewal. No cap. No "year 1 only" trick.

20% of the net hosting amount (excluding VAT, domain fees, and one-time setup charges). For an annual plan paid up-front, you earn the commission once a year as the renewal is paid.

Payouts run on the 5th of each month for all commissions earned in the previous month, once they've cleared the 7-day money-back window. Minimum payout is KSh 2,000 — smaller amounts roll over.

Yes. International affiliates get paid via PayPal, bank wire, or USDT (your choice). Minimum payout is USD 30.

If a refund is processed within the 7-day money-back window, the commission is reversed. We don't chargeback your future payouts retroactively for refunds after that window.

Yes, with rules: don't bid on "Hostiko" trademark terms, and don't use deceptive ad creative. We monitor and warn before suspending — we want you to succeed.
