Affiliate FAQ

Any first-time customer who signs up through your link, or enters your code at checkout, and pays for any hosting plan. They get 10% off their first hosting order. Referring yourself, or customers who already pay us, does not qualify. If in doubt, tell us before they order and we'll make sure it is credited to you.

Yes. As long as your referred customer keeps paying for hosting, you keep earning 20% on each renewal. No cap. No "year 1 only" trick.

20% of the net hosting amount (excluding VAT, domain fees, and one-time setup charges). For an annual plan paid up-front, you earn the commission once a year as the renewal is paid.

Each commission becomes payable once it clears the 7-day money-back window. Payouts run on the 5th of each month by M-Pesa when your payable balance is KSh 2,000 or more; smaller amounts roll over. You can also move any payable amount to your Hostiko account balance at any time, and you get a statement by email at the end of every month.

Yes. International affiliates get paid via PayPal, bank wire, or USDT (your choice). Minimum payout is USD 30.

If a refund is processed within the 7-day money-back window, the commission is reversed. We don't chargeback your future payouts retroactively for refunds after that window.

Yes, with rules: don't bid on "Hostiko" trademark terms, and don't use deceptive ad creative. We monitor and warn before suspending — we want you to succeed.
